Toscanini's Cafe & European Restaurant & Gelato Bar

This local gem in Caroline Springs is a fantastic European-style café serving all the brunch favourites—omelettes, French toast, burgers, flatbreads, risotto, and focaccia sandwiches. My absolute favourite is the cheese and bacon French toast with hollandaise sauce—rich, indulgent, and perfectly cooked. The smashed avocado on sourdough is a must-order, and the pancakes loaded with Nutella are wonderfully fluffy and decadent.

Such a nice cafe and feels like home food , so comforting and lovely!! The chef is so nice to speak to, and the flavors are amazing!! I recommend the flat bread , it’s so tasty and their chili eggs are super unique too!! Must visit :)

Toscanini’s, Caroline Springs This tucked-away Euro-style café inside Caroline Springs Shopping Centre is serving up one of Melbourne’s most underrated veggie burgers. The patty is crispy, stacked with hash browns, and layered between house-made Italian flatbread — it’s comforting, filling, and seriously good. Add to that a proper British tea, a rich cappuccino, and a sweet surprise from their new trial menu — Lotus Biscoff pancakes — and you’ve got a local gem that punches well above its postcode.

We visited Toscanini in Caroline Springs for a family lunch and were genuinely impressed. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly, which made it really easy to enjoy the meal with kids in tow. The kids loved their pasta—fresh, tasty, and perfectly portioned. We had the veggie stack and it was delicious, beautifully presented and full of flavour. The flatbreads were a hit too—so soft and packed with flavour, we could’ve easily eaten more! We also tried the pancakes and they were absolutely delicious—light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness. And to top it all off, the affogato was out of this world—hands down one of the best we’ve had. Friendly service, great food, and a lovely vibe. Highly recommend Toscanini for a relaxed and satisfying family meal.

The amazing Wonder brunch we had @toscaninis_cafe_ was just so lit Taste, service, quality and value for money.. everything was just on point! We tried so many things- starting from coffee, sweet potato fries, focaccia sandwich, flatbread, risotto and the fritters. Everything was superb. Also love the biscoff pancakes which is new addition to their menu. We recommend to check them out in Caroline Springs, and we are sure you would go back again.

Had a great experience at this spot! The Canadian pancakes were fluffy and delicious, and the hash brown stacks were a satisfying option for breakfast lovers. The chicken fungi risotto was creamy and full of flavor, definitely worth trying if you’re in the mood for something savory. I also grabbed a large iced coffee, which was perfectly refreshing, and the Big 5 smoothie was a great blend of fruits. If you’re after a snack, the wedges are a perfect choice.
